Wedding Packages

We offer several packages that are “starting points” for wedding photographic services. But just as each couple and each wedding is unique, we adapt to ensure the best possible fit for your specific needs. We offer many options and extra features that you may wish to add for your unique occasion.

Coral Package :: $875

  • 2-hour event (typically includes ceremony and bridal party photos)

    Pricing varies based on design and number of photos. Inquire for pricing and more information.
  • Basic “Our Wedding” print photo album (holds 100 prints): $20.00
  • Travel for locations within Grand Bahama outside Freeport: $50.00
  • Travel outside of Grand Bahama: $150.00
    Per day, or portion thereof; 1 day minimum
     Plus all expenses

NOTES:

  • All bookings must be made minimum 30-days before the event with advance deposit (booking not confirmed without deposit received); after this period, a 25% surcharge will be added to the base package price
  • All bookings require a 50% advance deposit on all selected packages and items; balance due immediately following the event
  • We service all areas of the Bahamas. Note that the primary centre of service is Freeport, on Grand Bahama Island. Events held outside of Freeport or on other islands in the Bahamas are at additional cost (noted above) plus all travel expenses.
  • For off-island and international events, packages include one photographer unless specifically stated and included at additional cost.
  • Above packages are for bridal parties of four or less persons (including bride & groom); add the following to the base package price for larger bridal parties:
    • 15% for 5-6 persons
    • 25% for 7-8 persons
    • 30% for 9-10 persons
    • 35% for more than 10 persons
  • Add 15% to base package price for any events on Monday through Friday
  • Add 15% to base package price for any events held on public holidays
  • All packages include the services of two professional wedding photographers. Deduct $150 for single-photographer coverage.
  • Note that packages provide total hours of coverage; actual portions (e.g. ceremony, reception, etc) of your event that are covered will depend on the timing and execution of your particular event
  • Right of use: couple will receive all images on CD-ROM with right of use in any non-commercial nature; photographer retains all full-resolution images; you may include the full-resolution with packages at a cost of $300. Couple grants photographer the right to use images for portfolio/promotional use unless otherwise specified (additional $50 charge to exclude this option).
  • Some services (prints, enlargements, animated slideshows, coffee table books, etc) require additional time for completion. These items may be delivered by courier, post, or electronically as appropriate and selected by the client. All shipping and handling costs are additional.
  • All images are shot in digital JPG format at 3072 x 2048 pixel (6.2 megapixel) resolution (suitable for all print sizes up to 24”x30”)
  • All prices quoted in Bahamian dollars (on par with U.S. dollars; a 3% currency conversion fee is applied for all payments made in U.S. dollars; other currencies converted at current rate of exchange)
  • All shipping & handling costs extra

  

FYI:

-          Photographer not responsible for loss, damage or delay in shipping

-          Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling fee within less than 30 days prior to event: $295

-          While every effort is made to avoid these things, equipment or operator failure on the part of the photographer will result in a refund appropriate to the amount of time remaining in the event (e.g. if this occurs 3 hours into a 4-hour event, the couple will receive a 25% refund of the base package fee)

-          Music beds for animated slide shows not licensed for public exhibition; couple assumes all liability for unlawful use
